Vendors (tailors and brands) are responsible for:

• Ensuring all product descriptions and details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handling all customer inquiries and complaints.
• Managing the production, quality control, and delivery of their products.
• Complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Fulfillment Responsibility: Vetted tailors bear the responsibility for the fulfillment of their orders. In case of errors or defects, they are responsible for the associated costs and necessary corrections.

6. Customer Responsibilty

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when placing orders.
• Ensuring their account details are kept up-to-date.
• Understanding that all custom orders are final and may not be refundable.
• Responding to information requests and giving timely updates as required by the platform or its vendors to allow for delivery of service.

7. Payment and fees

Payments for products and services on the Platform are processed via third-party payment gateways. Fitted is not responsible for any issues arising from payment transactions. Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees related to their sales.

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.
